【Borderlands 3】LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] で起動しない
起動しない原因のエラー内容
Borderlands3のベンチーマーク中にALT+F4を押したら以下のエラーが表示されて、整合性の確認や再インストールしても駄目でしたが解決したので共有します。 DirectX 12に設定すると同じようにエラーが発生します。
LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 283]
D3DX12SerializeVersionedRootSignature failed with error De_script_or range flags cannot specify DE_script_ORS_VOLATILE with the DATA_STATIC flag at the same time (de_script_or range flags 9). DATA_STATIC_WHILE_SET_AT_EXECUTE is fine to combine with DE_script_ORS_VOLATILE, since DE_script_ORS_VOLATILE still requires de_script_ors don't change during execution.

起動しない場合の解決方法
これらの方法は必ずバックアップを取ってください。
自分の場合は序盤のチュートリアルでこのエラーに遭遇した為、「Borderlands 3」のフォルダー丸ごと削除することでよってゲームが起動できました。
また、Configファイル削除でも起動しました。
